  2. Double-click start.bat (Windows) or run ./start.sh (Mac/Linux). It auto-installs everything — Node.js, the free local AI (Ollama), and the model — no coding, no terminal.
  3. It prints your admin sign-in link — open it, set your business name, and share your customer chat link (or your managed .chat.aibiz tunnel).
